By using ProShort, you represent and warrant that you will use our URL shortener, QR generator, and verification tools exclusively for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you distribute through our service.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using ProShort for:

  • Phishing, identity theft, or financial fraud.
  • Distributing malware, spyware, or ransomware.
  • Linking to illegal substances, weapons, or unregulated pharmaceutical sales.
  • Spamming via email, SMS, or social media platforms.
  • Content involving the exploitation of minors.

3. Automated Abuse Monitoring & Deletion

To protect our users and our reputation, ProShort employs automated systems to scan shortened links for vulnerability and policy violations. We reserve the unilateral right to disable or delete any link or QR code immediately and without notice if we believe, in our sole discretion, that it violates these terms or poses a security risk.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ProShort is a neutral platform. We do not pre-screen all content. We provide our services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranty of any kind. Use of the service is at your own risk.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProShort, its developers, and its parent company from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
